		REPAIR SERVICES: We are pleased to offer our repair service to any customer in need. This service applies to Desktops, Laptops and Servers only! We do not repair peripherals or networking equipment! Due to the fact that repairs are only possible in our NY based office we can only offer this service to our local and mail in customers. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Local customers must make an appointment for us to come to the remote site or to bring in their computer for repair. 2. Mail in customers must obtain a service ID prior to mailing their unit in. 3. All systes recieved by us without a service ID clearely stated on the package will become Computer Boulevard's Inc. property. PRICING: 1. We charge $30 for the evaluation of the system. 2. Evaluation cost will be waived if you decide to proceed with repair after the estimate is provided. 3. Labor cost for this service ranges anywhere between $75-250 depending on the nature of the problem. Price might be higher for the Server's repair. 4. For the mail in customers, you are responsible for shiping your system to us. 5. We will cover the cost of ground shipping back to you if you decide to proceed with repairs. 6. If you decide not to proceed you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you or we can recycle your system for free. 7. Express shipping is available for an addtional cost. Please inquire with the representative for the exact cost. TIMING: 1. Most of the time it will take 3-5 business days to repair your system. This does not include shipping time for the mail in customers. 2. In some rare cases, when parts needed are backordered, it might take 7-10 business days.
